1. If the sample in question is confirmed using non-EPISTAR chip, EPISTAR/Luxlite, in its sole discretion,reserves the     right to disclose the source, product information, photos and etc provided by the applicant, and the applicant should     have no objection to it.
2. In case, the sample in question is confirmed using EPISTAR chip, it does not represent that EPISTAR/Luxlite provides     any express or implied warranty to you for the sample in question.
3. EPISTAR/LUXLITE does not guarantee the accuracy of the foresaid confirmation. In no event shall the applicant or any     third party claim any right against EPISTAR/LUXLITE for any damages or costs arising from the foresaid confirmation.
4. EPISTAR/LUXLITE, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to decline the request of confirmation service.     EPISTAR/Luxlite is not responsible for returning the sample in question after the confirmation is provided.
5. In the event of any inconsistency or difference between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese     version shall prevail.
